No Compensation will be considered for Website outages of less than 72 consecutive hours.

Extended or free Advertising services may be provided as remedy for issues arising, at the discretion of indowaria.com.

Refunds for Advertising will not be provided in cases of Illegal or Fraudulent activites.

If there is an Advertising Refund, it will be given only directly back to the same Credit Card or other form of payment used.
